A single 1 g scoop (used for a thin tea) delivers about 30–35 mg of caffeine—roughly a third of an espresso shot—while a 3 g scoop (for a latte) contains around 90–105 mg, ensuring a sustained lift without crashing.

Hojicha is naturally lower in caffeine than both coffee and matcha, making it a gentler option you can enjoy even in the evenings. How should I store my Knot teas?
