[Bundle Set] Uji Matcha Ceremonial Blend

Iced Matcha Latte:

• 100ml milk
• 8g granulated sugar
• 3g matcha
• Ice (as needed)

Hot Matcha Latte:

• 100ml milk
• 5g granulated sugar
• 3g matcha
• 20ml water
• Additional milk for finishing (as needed)

Usucha:

Sift 1.5g to 2g of matcha, place it into a tea bowl, then pour 70ml to 80ml of hot water (around 80°C) and whisk it quickly with a chasen (bamboo whisk)

We’re working with a limited supply of first-harvest matcha—and we want everyone to get a taste. In addition, we carry smaller batches to ensure that every product is intentional and personal!

It has antioxidants—especially EGCG—that help protect your cells, and it’s rich in L-theanine, which promotes a calm, focused energy rather than the jitters you might get from coffee.

A single 1 g scoop (used for a thin tea) delivers about 30–35 mg of caffeine—roughly a third of an espresso shot—while a 3 g scoop (for a latte) contains around 90–105 mg, ensuring a sustained lift without crashing.

Store in a cool, dry place. Keep the tin tightly shut and avoid exposing the matcha to sunlight for optimal freshness! Expiry dates can be found within the tin.
